PUBLIC NOTICE OF ECCLESIASTICAL JURISDICTION
ECCLESIASTICAL COURT OF THE NSEA ECCLESIASTICAL TRUST
FOR THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA

Let it be known and established before all men and women, governments, and institutions, that the Ecclesiastical Court of the NSEA Ecclesiastical Trust for California now stands constituted and recognized within its lawful and divine jurisdiction.
This Court exists under God’s supreme law, the Law of Equity, and the Law of Nations, operating privately within the Ecclesiastical jurisdiction of the NSEA Ecclesiastical Trust, independent of any civil, corporate, or statutory systems.
Purpose and Declaration
The Ecclesiastical Court is hereby established to:
Uphold justice, conscience, and divine order.
Administer equity and remedy for members of the NSEA Ecclesiastical Trust.
Protect the spiritual, moral, and lawful rights of the Trust’s members and assemblies.
Maintain peace, honor, and fairness under God’s Law.
All proceedings, decrees, and judgments issued under this Court are done in good faith and full conscience, standing under the sacred authority vested in the Ecclesiastical Trust and the living men and women who serve within it.
Jurisdictional Scope
This Court’s authority extends over all matters arising within the private domain of the NSEA Ecclesiastical Trust and its recognized regions.
All matters are heard in honor, equity, and divine truth, and shall not be infringed by public authority without consent of the ecclesiastical body.

Notice to All Public Officials and Agents
Any interference, trespass, or assumption of jurisdiction over this Ecclesiastical Court or its affairs shall constitute a breach of trust and violation of divine and international law.
All parties are expected to act in good faith and respect the sovereignty and privacy of this Ecclesiastical Tribunal.
